Pima County Vacated My Bench Trial, Then Issued A Warrant For Failure To Appear. Can They Do This?

I received a camera traffic ticket in Arizona. I gave proof that is was not me to prosecutor. Her assistant failed to file paperwork correctly. A While later I get arrested for not taking care of this ticket. A Bench Trial is set. The trial is then Vacated with no additional information. I figured they found my previous evidence that i did take care of ticket and dropped charges. a few months later I get arrested for failure to appear at Trial that was vacated. This has happened 3 times. what rights do I have?
