House Transfer
a friend has a trust RX4 with him as the named person on the trust restricted so that he needs to agree to the sale of the house. the beneficiaries are his daughters. He wants to make the daughters the trustee and beneficiaries and transfer ownership to trust. What do we need to do, as I mam doing it for him as he is in jail
