I have 2 court dates coming up but they are in 2 different sheriff courts. Do they take into account that you have a court date pending in another court or not? Scotland

They might if the cases are related.

One is for theft and one is for vandalism and breach of the peace?
At least in England ,I know Scots law is different, they will transfer a case so that both are heard in the same court.
