Online Holiday Booking - Refund?
If I book an online holiday tonight on my credit card (with the possibility that I have to cancel because I cant get the time off work); will I get my money back through the 7 day cooling off period? The holiday is in 16 days time. Thanks!

at present you intend to offer payment on a hidden condition of not paying
this comes close to s2 of the Fraud Act
and anyway you shouldnt do it
because it is dishonest . unethical / not nice
I had a friend who was saddled with a time share in Thpain
( and yeth it wath a pain )
and he had bought a down payment ( and they took the whole lot over two days) with the intention of reneging within 14d
which I thought was dumb when I heard it
and I DIDN'T tell him - that doesnt work for international purchases ( it didnt)
