yes
Yes.
I was a secret guest in an hotel when my sister worked there as manager, it was all above board and I knew the hospitality trade so could provide positive feedback, the staff were not informed until I had finished my visit, using all facilities, pool, dining area, bar etc
It's not a public place and it is legal
Would you ask the same question of CCTV being used in your shop?

interesting. so why then did virgin trains get fined for showing footage from a virgin train of Jeremy corbyn saying there were no seats on his train and he had to sit on the floor. the footage shown back had other travellers faces in it and that apparently was wrong, as they didn't give permission to use that footage.
ALSO. cctv recordings in store are " general" at not aimed directly at one person with sound recordings.
Because that footage found its way into the Public Domain. I assume it wont in your case.
Look how many undercover documentaries there are showing abuse in care homes etc...
this document - which is kinda on your side
makes it pretty clear they can

it is NOT secret as you have been told

and seems above the board
what has caused this change to occur ?
if they have had too many complaints for example about rude staff then it would be justified

can yu give me a ref for the fine for releasing the corbyn viddie ?

corbyn viddie
this says that some overfed civil servants are polishing their trousers by looking at the viddie and clucking
Nothing about a fine
