Possession Hearing Due But Tenants May Leave Before This.
Whoop whoop.
However I also have a money order attached to the possession order for unpaid rent.
I have phoned the court and they were pretty useless and couldn't even tell me if I should cancel or carry on with the case.
Any one know

yes - you turn up and say you have possession
and then ask for summary judgement
what is wrong with 'yes you turn up anyway and plead the rest of the case' ?
what did the court say - we cant give you legal advice /
I cd have told you that.
they havent given you possession have they ?
so you are on course still for a hearing

cassa has been at this for around a year
and is down a few thou in rent
she already know What Happens to people with a CCJ
all she needs to do is make it happen
she does this by turning up on the day in a sober suit
and addressing the District Judge in the way the clerk says she should ( your majesty or whatever)
and with a calculation of arrears so that when the judge sasks how much - she can say a number in a clear voice which represents her (gigantic) losses.
[but you know this from your job dont you ?]

No I am the only person giving her advice
as I have been there
Got the keys - was told by the clerk it was too late to 'vacate' (not cancel) and was told to turn up
and hey the defendant wasnt there but had told the council I was making a fraudulent claim and THEY did !
( this included me asking the council lawyer ( wow) if she had asked him if he were being advised by s/o else ( answer yes) in which case she shouldnt be there. So I was able to show very quickly HE had made untrue statements and not me)
Hence my urgency in telling cassa ( we know each other from about a year ago - ie "Have you thrown out those awful tenants yet cassa?") to turn up on the day whatever
but I am sure islay cassa thanks you for your contributions
