OAP entitlements

My dad is officially retired although he does have 2 part time jobs (which he pays tax on). My mum isn't retired and still works full time. I dont think they're claiming all the entitlements they could - ie. my dad gets his heating allowance (for what its worth) and free TV licence, he doesn't want a bus pass!! Does anyone else know what other things he could be entitled to.
