Does anyone know are any of these felonies and what sentences they carry?

"Authorities charged Thompson with disorderly conduct by injury to a statue, damage to real property, participation in a riot with property damage in excess of $1,500 and inciting others to riot where there is property damage in excess of $1,500."

Sorry, no.

Answering your post actually puts it in latest posts (top right). Very few people venture not unanswered posts but I agree it was a bit pointless. This is a UK based website so you may not get any 'educated in the field' posts.

The woman in question toppled a statue and I wanted to know whether her charges were felonies or misdemeanors.

Thanks zacs, especially mamya, very helpful unlike others.
Your use of the term felony implies that you are from outside these sceptred isles so unless there are people on here with a knowledge of the US legal system you're unlikely to get a definitive answer. Personally, I've always wondered about the terms felony and misdemeanour, they seem to crop up a lot on Judge Judy.
I was only standing until an expert arrived.
Mamya is our injury to a statue, damage to real property, participation in a riot experts understudy.

Tilly2 this a law question, there is a film category, why don't you start a thread of your own instead of disrupting and derailing others?

Mamya, alas there are only 120 characters allowed.
