The court papers finally came and this paragraph has stumped me

The claimant will send a copy of the bill of costs with a notice telling you what to do if you object to this amount. If you do object, the claimant will ask the court to fix a hearing to assess the amount.

What am I suppose to tell them they have to do if they object?

Is it just notify me and I will ask the court for a hearing?

Also I have told them they need to collect their stuff from the house and I am charging £40 a day storage. Am I allowed to claim this as well as disposal costs?

Thanks

Anyone know?

Thanks
erm didnt have that one
I got - "claimed £600 plus £100 costs"
hence £700 and send in the bailiffs

It sounds as tho you claimed for costs and the judge gave you a bit more as a result of their unreasonable behaviour

I would ring the court and ask them as you cant find the relevant bits on the internet

no you cant do storage and disposal as you didnt tell the judge about that - seven days and then get a skip

this is icingy stuff
get possession - get the house cleaned - get rid of their tat and relet
