Sold item on ebay ...buyer is returning it and wants refund and postage refunded..not a problem..how do I add the postage he has paid to the full refund I'm giving him via PayPal. .Tia

Isn't there some box type thingy where you can alter the amount of refund?
What if the customer was only returning one item out of 2 purchased for example?
(You can tell I don't buy on Ebay or use paypal!) x

You know his paypal just send the amount to him! Use the send money to friends and relatives option so there are no fees.

A bit late, but if you go into the original Paypal transaction there is an option to refund the full payment.
