Wills And Divorced Beneficiaries

My mother has a will which has my ex husbands name on it. In the event of my death before my mother he would have been a beneficiary. As we are divorced is he still entitled to receive this.

Divorce can have an effect on the wills of the two people who have parted (it's complicated!) but not on the will of anyone else (unless, of course, there's a specific clause relating to the divorce of a beneficiary contained within it).
