It's a title, it capitalises. Admittedly It is better to have a short title and put the question in the box instead.
What sort of advice are you looking for Ross?

It might be helpful if you tell us what you said, what happened and if you have any previous convictions. I presume you are looking for sentencing advice?
Unless there were two separate incidents you cannot be charged with both Section 4A and Section 5.

Other than that, since you intend to plead guilty there's not much advice to be had.

I have previously been convicted of battery and criminal damage in 2011 b4 that not alot really I went to her house to talk to her about something she wouldn't let me in I shouted your dead you fat *** kicked the door and walked off I was charged with section 4a and it said section 5 weather they go hand in hand I don't know. Sentence advice please
