not sure but suggest you get legal representation soonest, they can advise whether you can sue.
legal advice needed rather than AB I think..much to consider
Unless she's got loads of money it would be pointless and put the children under further upset.
no
Did the Police actually call on you?

Try to forget the whole incident. He's not worth it.
the real answer is yes
and the practical answer depends on
1) whether you have lots and lots of money ( when you wouldnt be asking us for free) - say £100 000 for starters
2) whether battering the kids was untrue or nearly untrue
3) you might have to show malice
4) you would certainly have to show it was him and not 'must've been him'
5) you would have to get over something called "absolute privilege"
and so on and so on which means NO

is useful and accurate

dongy weaster your money even seeking a legal opinion

hey free second opinion

westcott v westcott 2012 has propelled complaints to the police into the same category as sworn witness testimony
and is completely barred

( public policy - complaints to the police even if malicious shold never be hindered)
damn I meant

actions about complaints to the police are completely barred

This Lady does seem to have previous

To be involed in one altercation is unfortunate. To be involved in two (within six months) is a bit iffy.
Hmmm. So it seems you didn't get a custodial sentence for the offence explained in your first post Chinny as you posted here again in July, and were free to commit another offence in November? Is that right?
We don't know when her trial is for the assault, ladybirder, and as far as I can tell she has not committed any other offences since then.
It's unclear to me hc that's why I asked the question. NJ seems to think there has been two attacks. Hopefully Chinny will pop back and tell us.
if your ex said:
she battered me and now shes battering my kids !

then you have no recourse for complaint about lies
because it is based on truth - you seem to have battered someone

and certainly would be grounds for suspicion ( anything not fanciful)

and MAY be grounds for reasonable suspicion ( the reason being you seem to have done it before )

sorry - I hope your life gets back to somehting like normal soon
Page 4 on that link above from Baldric sounds like something from a Punch and Judy show hehe
bammer lammer please do not laugh at the misfortunes people bring on themselves
she wants to know what rights she has if micious allegations are made about her to the police and the answer ( 2012) seems clear - none
I think chinny would be advised to keep a low profile...
