Green Laser Treatment
4 Answers
I recently had successful radiotherapy treatment for prostrate cancer but have failed two visits to the TWOC clinic. My latest PSA reading is 0.487. My consultant has recently carried out a CYSTOSCOPY and found that my prostrate is mildly enlarged.
I have a catheter inserted at the moment with a FLIPFLO valve and I use a night bag.
My consultant has recommended GREEN LASER TREATMENT and my question is if this was unsuccessful and I ended up being incontinent would I be able to revert to a permanent catheter.
At 82 years old I think I could live with this!!
Any help in making the right decision would be very much appreciated
