Hi Basically I’m on licence for driving offences and last weekend I’ve been charged with common assault. I have informed probation and they have said they aren’t wanting to recall me and I’m pretty sure she said that I can only go back to jail for the extra charges does anybody know if the judge can still recall me and make me do until the end of my licence ?

As I said previously, when you attend court they may decide to recall you to prison to serve the remaining part of the original sentence. We can not say how likely it is,it is up to the court on the day.
I asked before but got no answer 'what are the terms of your licence?'.
It is the terms of the licence that the court will look at when deciding if or how you breached them and the action to take.
Probation have the power to recall you to jail without a court case or judge needed.
