4 Answers
a neighbour of mine was beaten from her partner a couple of weeks ago, but the police came to my house, just taken my name and phone number and said someone will come back to speak to me, any ways I never signed anything, I got asked if I heard the banging and the smash of the unit against the wall, which I did, the problem is I have a a sheriff court citation, the other problem is my step dad is friends with some of the guys family memebers which I didn't know at the time, I don't want the trouble coming to my house with me having young kid and I knew the trouble will, I have also been told that the neighbours are back together not staying in house next door.... what can I do I am not getting any help from the number I have been given, I feel that they aren't worried and just keep telling me the court cause it months away do worry...there is going to be problem with in the family for this I know my fokes wont be happy, worried about whats going to happen and its the 1st time in a court.....

My concern would about your fears for your safety...have you been intimidated by anyone? Why would anyone not want a witness to give a statement or are they waiting for this thug to kill someone?
