Trustees Of A House Proportion Of Ownership
3 Answers
I have a house were I am a trustee along with my sister (50 / 50). My mother still resides in the house along with my sister.
Paperwork I have now found suggests the 50 / 50 has now changed to 75 / 25 in my sisters favour.
I am shown on the title absolute & as the registered owner (with my sister) on the register extract
My sister and I are shown on the proprietorship register - title absolute & as the registered owner on the register extract
Can this have been done without my consent?

The real ownership ie the beneficial ownership is never normally shown on the land registry. I imagine there was a declaration of trust done at the same time the land was put I trust. That is the key document. What does that say?
