Can A Legal Guardian Of A Child Deny Access?
Teenage child lives with grandparents and his uncle. Still sees his dad when he wants and everyone gets on. There’s been a big argument in the family and uncle (very opinionated and likes to think what he says goes) has said the father isn’t allowed to see his son anymore. Is he actually able to enforce this if son still wants to see his dad? I believe they’re all joint legal guardians (grandparents and uncle).
