Hr 1 Form

I am just filling in a HR1 form and am unsure on question 6 - address to which we will normally send requisions. Am I right in thinking this is my address? It also asks for a reference too? Box 7 is the address of the applicant (me). Thank you.

It might help us if we knew which HR1 form you're trying to complete. The Land Registry's form HR1 deals with the registration of home rights, whereas the Insolvency Service's form HR1 deals with notice of redundancies. However neither of them though appears to have sections which match the ones in your post, so we're left in the dark as to what it is that you're referring to here.
