I have Parkinson's disease for 5years now. Correct me if I'm wrong but even though it is still a bit controversial Medical cannabis (CJB ) for pain relief ,is now de-criminalised (if not completely legal ) My cousin is going to New York in July for a weeks holiday.Can my cousin buy 5-10 x10 mg eye-dropper type bottles and bring them into the UK ( through the red declare channel) as a gift to me and free of duty ? My doctor is happy to provide a covering letter if this is necessary. Also is the Isle of Man a duty free port ? Thanks for answers.

You need to be careful on how you're dosing. I would under dose rather than over dose as CBD has a bell chart graph when it comes to dosage.

Spath, this booklet is from the USA.I doubt that it applies in the UK.

It does apply to the UK also. CBDistillary is a brand of CBD, (a good one also, trust worthy) and CBDistillary can be purchased in the UK.


If the booklet states any laws, then they don't apply to the UK. But regarding dosage, and affect etc.. it will apply.

you don't need a prescription for CBD. My answers are going from the understanding that the OP means CBD when they typed CJB.

The article i provided is just a load of general information on CBD from how it's sourced, to how our body accepts it etc.. It's not about legalities or medicine.

erm to make it even clearer - the person using CBD has to show it has been prescribed for him
( no sharing !)

Skunk is just a strain, but skunk is illegal in the UK because of it's THC content. It's also the bud / flower of the plant, and not an extract.

Skunk is an umbrella term used by the media and even some science labs when they are referring to GMO marijuana with lots of chemicals in it, to enhance the high, which is bad for you.
