Hi there
I have a 7 year old house cat who has suddenly started urinating outside her litter box. On the floor in every room. I cant understand it. Her litter is clean and accessible she has never done this before. I am worried there is something wrong with her. She is not stressed or unhappy she is eating fine any ideas on why she could be doing this ?

Urinary tract inflammation, diabetes, and kidney disease are just three of the common health issues that can make cats urinate outside of the litter box.
See the vet.
A visit to the vets. Cats don't display stress and illness like humans do.
I agree with a vet visit - assuming you've eliminated other possible causes such as change of litter variety, new animal/person in the home, new cat in the neighbourhood entering your garden so yours is stressed about that and establishing territory.
Have you moved her litter tray? If so the new location may be the problem.
