I have ordered a treadmill on Amazon. According to the status it has not yet been dispatched - it was due to arrive on 28 April. I now want to cancel and order another one but it does state ‘cancellation cannot be guaranteed’ so I’m cautious to order the alternative if I cannot cancel the first one, yet I don’t want to be left without one! Any advice would be extremely appreciated
Well I’ve cancelled it - just waiting for email confirmation and then I can order the other one
Thanks for both your answers
Btw Rosie - none of those telephone numbers are operational any more but it was still very kind of you to answer
Oh - I’ve just got an email back saying they were unable to cancel the order but I am ok to refuse the treadmill when it’s delivered- so I wonder if I can order the other one and just not accept the first one or be out when it’s delivered?
