Would the Financial Services Authority bar you from being the company secretary of an assett management company if you a few unpaid loans ?

er - arent loans by definition unpaid off?

er2. if someone said - do you have any loans
and I said - yeah but I have paid them off
and I think he would say: then you dont have any loans

er3. if someone said - do you have any loans
and I said - "you mean ones I have nt paid them off - yeah?"
and I think he would say: of course I mean that you BF/blithering idiot / else
