Help To Determine Last Day Of Lease.

My starting date is 8/26/20. The agent is telling me the end date is 2/28/21 and us making me pay more for the extra days. My question is if the lease states a 6 months, my end date should be 2/26/21 correct ? I am planning on returning the keys on 26.

Are you in the USA? I ask because of the way you state the dates. In the UK we would put 26/8/20. You may get on better on a USA site.

I make that 10th February.

6 months is 26 weeks which is 182 days.

I'd try asking someone who really knows, googling suggests a lease month is 30 days so that would be 180 for you, ending on 22 Feb.

You are right, it is. But on this occasion I have done 13 weeks in 6 months, not 26. I am blaming cheap ALDI beer.
