Why do whe have to pay taxes the goverment takes or hard earned money simple because they can also to ride a car you have to have a driving license and not to mention all fines you have to pay they are thieves nothing more then that

In the UK we pay taxes so that someone looks after our common interests by arranging highways, sewers, airports, street lighting, education, law enforcement, health services etc etc.
If we feel wealthy enough to pay for all that stuff from our own pockets, we don't like to pay taxes.
Would you prefer to pay for all the modern luxuries of life from your own pocket?

You won't pay fines if you don't break the law & a driving license is to show that are competent to drive (even though you may not be!).

Light is usually considered in the application. When we applied for pp our architect carried out a light survey which was favourable. However the neighbours complained it wasnt impartial so we had to spend an extra 2k getting another survey which of course said exactly the same thing (cheers mates). The only thing that gives me any pleasure is knowing they'll also spend a load on another consultant when it gets resubmittef

so like taxes are used for schools and the health care and stuff.. if we didn't pay taxes how would the government have any money and we would have to pay for healthcare and stuff

i mean even like the council taking the bins and stuff like that cant be done for free ennit we needa all contribute tiny bit so people who do those jobs can get paid and so can the logistics for it all thats why we pay tax
