This Is Sickening

A 10 year old boy being assaulted by a school liaison police officer. This was at a special needs school.

Despite history and every feature we are lead to believe is put in place to avoid this type of assault, it still happens and we continue to be horrified.

The greater the position of trust, the more heinous the crime :(

sometimes there is no option but to remove people from unsafe circumstances, especially vulnerable people.
We have no idea why the child was crawling around on the floor, nor what was in the room they were desperate to keep him out of.

In all my years working with special needs children, Bednobs, I never dragged and damaged a child and I never witnessed such shocking behaviour from a colleague either.

That people can suggest that a man doing this to a severely autistic lad with the mental age of a five year old may be acceptable in some circumstances, explains why so much is wrong in society today.

Its the usual problem with short video clips, you simply dont know the whole story.

Having said that the coppers actions seem over the top and its difficult to understand why he wasn't able to control the situation better.
