I need a 2 bed apt. So I trying to find private landlords who can rent me . I have an eviction for not coming out of the apt. I'm living right now in the 30 days they give you. The landlord want possession of apt. For no reason. My rent is pay always on time. Who can help?

You've posted on a UK website but it seems that you're in the USA (where there are no fewer than ten places called 'New Boston').

The law about 'no fault' evictions is very different here in the UK to where you are and there won't be anyone on this site with knowledge of property rental agencies in or around New Boston.

So you might have more luck in finding a helpful answer on a US-based Q&A website, such as Quora:
