Is There Government Help For Non Mains Gas Users ?
6 Answers
When the Government announced the Energy Bills Support Scheme, I thought something was included to help people who aren't on mains gas (eg. Calor). As I understand it while the £400 is paid via energy companies supplying electricity, it is intended to help with heating predominantly. Given there is just no way to fix Calor gas bottle prices (as there is - was - with mains gas), I figured the "help" was to try offset that.
Can't find anything online about it, am sure the Calor gas supplier wouldn't know. Is it "a thing" or did I imagine it ?
