hi, last night i was doing an online ocado shop and came accross a FANTASTIC offer. The coffe beans i buy are £26 per kilo, but they were on offer at £20 for TWO bags. Naturally i put them in my basket. Today i thpught i'd add more as it's such a great offer but now it's two for £40.
I looked at my checked out order and it still says 2 for £20.
How likely is it do you think they'll put the price up in my delivery (as it's already in and checked out)?
They'll honour it if you've actually checked out. I once had a similar situation but the offer was withdrawn before I checked out and it warned my of the new price when I tried to check out. That was ASDA but they all use the same model.
I agree with TTT Bedknobs. - as you have checked out at the lower price Ocado will almost certainly honour that agreement. I find their Customer Service excellent.
.
thanks, with ocado i dont think you get that bhg - hey generally dont let you put things in your basket they dont have. because its all robotic, theres no vagaries on the day.
its coming tomorrow - i'll let u know.
Atheist, they are the ones liked in this household - they're not magic, but v nice!
