Summons To Court

Hi please help, my son who is 12 has autism and has been in and out of the dental hospital to fix some problems he has had, also he's been of school for a virus and an allergic reaction to the medication that they give him, we have had letters and evidence for the school from doctors and always keep them up to date on everything.. we even spend a lot of money just to get him to the school he goes as it is not near where we live.. the school has made so many problems for us regarding his attendance that they keep saying isn't ourtherrised. But has always been ourtherrised. We have evidence of all our emails phone call and letters from the doctors and correspondence from the school, but some how they have put his attendance so low we have got to go to court and have just been told we are getting a court summons. The school admitted they are wrong but it didn't make a difference. I'm so upset and iv never been in Trouble and I'm so worried what is going to happen, what is going to happen to my son if it doesn't end well. Please help what do I do iv never been so confused and scared in my life,. My kids are everything to me... do I tell work my family what do I do

From what you have written I don't see any reason that it should not go well. You have the evidence of e-mails & letters, and tell us that the school admits their error. Best not worry then. It's likely to be a stress having to turn up, but why would the result not be in your favour ?

Have you got the summons yet ? I would have thought that should include what action you need to take to dispute it.
