I need you to clarify because your question is ambiguous.
It could be:
What are the worst charges a prisoner could be accused of committing whilst in prison (stealing/brawling/rioting/attacking prison officer as examples);
What charges (crimes) have the longest prison sentences:
What crimes that a prisoner has been sentenced to prison for attract the most hatred from fellow prisoners?

From a half-remembered pub conversation with a prison officer, many years ago:
The lowest-status prisoners are those convicted of sexual offences involving children, with other sexual offenders a bit higher up the status scale. (That, according my source in the pub, is always true even though the gravity of the offences might be vastly different. So, for example, someone serving a one month sentence for voyeurism involving kids is considered to be of far lower status than someone serving a life sentence for multiple rapes against women).
Just above sex offenders come bag snatchers and pickpockets.
Domestic burglars are also 'low status', whereas as offenders who've stolen vast quantities of luxury goods from warehouses are 'high status'.
Those convicted of drug offences fall into two categories, with drug addicts who were simply dealing to help fund their addiction definitely being very much 'low status', whereas those involved in shipping vast quantities of drugs across the world being very much 'high status'.
Muggers are 'low status', whereas those who've been involved in the armed robbery of banks are 'high status'.
Anyone from the upper echelons of organised crime is always very close to the top of the tree in terms of prison status but the most highly-regarded offenders are those who've killed police officers, as long as they did so in the pursuit of crime. (A terrorist who's killed a police officer might be far lower down the scale).

Anything against kids.
I once saw a man get the absolute crap kicked out of him in
a prison exercise yard while the yard screws calmly turned around and sipped their tea. Only after a few minutes of kicking the man to within an inch of his life did the screws 'notice' what was going on and broke it up.
Turns out the man was serving a sentance for biting chunks out of his kids.
Both screws and cons have children and any abuse of kids is not tolerated by either.
Interestingly Ive served time with a few murderers (and one double murderer) and they have been some of the most generous, good natured people you could meet.
