Any opinions on how safe Revolut is to put dosh into? Yes I have googled and it's seems to be controlled by Russians and Ukranians (yeah I know). I like the way they work and their features but I don't want to put a load of dosh into an account if it's likely to go up the pictures. Any opinions? Thanks.

My daughter has used Revolut for years, since its very early days. She's used it, many times, in at least seven or eight countries, some of them far-flung!

If you're putting your money into a Revolut 'Savings Vault', then FSCS protecion applies in exactly the same way as it does with UK bank savings accounts:

If you're leaving your money (as 'e-money') in a regular Revolut account, then there's no FSCS protection; instead you have to rely upon Revolut's own safeguarding procedures.  Scroll down to 'How can you learn more about safeguarding?' here:

My daughter started using Revolute for on line payments when she put her yoga classes on line during lock down. She hs never had any problems and now both grandchildren have adult controlled accounts with cards. They can put money aside for "goals" make limited on line purchases and shop in stores.
