Snipping Tool In Windows Computer

I use the snipping tool on my laptop at home with no problem.

Today I wanted to use it at work but couldn't find it. I know it is on the office pc because a couple of times I have dropped something on the keyboard and it appeared.

Does anyone know what the shortcut to it is?

I tried dropping something on the keyboard today in the off chance it would pop up - but life isn't that simple.
