On Incapacity Benefit, can i also get income support?

I have been on incapacity benefit for 18 months now, am i also entitled to income support?

If you are entitled to Income Support it will be reduced by the amount of Incapacity Benefit you receive. You should contact the Social Security Office/Jobcentre Plus office paying yir Benefit to see if you'll qualify.

Incapacity Benefit is paid additionally to income support, and is specifically to assist with your ilness.
