I am paying off my partners mortgage using some of the proceeds of the sale of my flat - total amount paid to clear mortgage is �68,000. Value of property is around �185,000. I am now living in my partners property. We now wish to get my name put on the deeds and registered as tenants in common showing our respective shares. Am I liable for any stamp duty?
