rota changes

my employer's change my shifts without asking or giving any notice and just expect me to be able to do them.they are also changing the rota so that what were set shifts now have no set finishing time. is this legal and what should ido to make myself heard? i have tryed speaking to my employers with no success and other staff members have also voiced there concerns to no prevail.

With regards to getting yourself heard, do you work in a small or big company? You should tell your line manager in the first instance that you are unhappy, then possibly speak to you HR department or rep if you have one.
