Whiplash (contd) one week on.....signed for car damage...

thanks for all ur brilliant advice in my last post ....signed for the damage to the car last night ...so now mechanic is able to go and fix it....but didn't do anything about the physical side of the situation (whiplash)....told the personal injury guy that I would be going back to the GP for a furhter consultation....havent acutally mentioned that I will be looking for some kind of compensation ....should I tell him(personal injury guy) that point blank to make sure we are "on the same page" he told me that I was to look after myself and keep all receipts for GP visits.... need some advice again .... I am not a very confrontational person.... When and how should I tell him that I will be seeking compensation.....

Glad ur feeling abit better China. You should let them know that your going to be seeking personal compensation. Please look after yourself.
