Has anyone bought a property through one of these companies, i'm looking at fast track properties in particular a company based in mayfair.
has anyone experience in general in buying new build properties for buy-to-let purposes?

the' fast track 'means their profits - not yours!
Bit like a 'no-claim' insurance policy- they'll be off faster than a Tornado on reheat.
Greed keeps these sharks in business
I don't have experience of them but the whole tone of the website smells to me of hype. Buy to let is regarded by most investors and advisors as very much a long term capital growth investment. I don't see the faintest suggestion of that on this website. Talking about 'instant profit' from buying property from sellers forced to sell below 'market price' is merely paper profit. The only people guaranteed a profit on such a transaction is them - taking a margin between sale and re-purchase.
