Payment of Maintenance

Several years ago divorced and agreed fixed maintenance payment till both children reach age of 16. Former wife has no claim,'clean break'.
She now threatens me with CSA and that I will be assessed for more! Is this possible due to previous agreement.

theres nothing you can do, the same thing happend to me. my ex contacted the csa when she got herself a job. prior to that she was receiving benefits and getting money from me.
