i have been divorced for the last 8 years i have had to travel 300 miles round trip to see my sons who ate now 15 and 13 years old usually once a month. i have asked my ex if they can come to visit me by train and i will meet them at the station. she says its illegal, i think shes just being awkward. what do you think.

If it was illegal for two youngsters of this age to travel by train then many children would be unable to go to school each day. On what basis is she suggesting it is illegal?

judge, she just wants me to carry on paying hotel bills and petrol costs. what i have been doing for the last 8 years.

Havent times changed. We left school at fifteen, went to work,I even went away for a weeks holiday with a friend at 15. Surely there were the same people about in those days and we didn�t have the luxury of a mobile phone.
