I had a slip at work last October which resulted in me landing on both my knees, it hurt at the time and my knees felt "out of place". Anyway, I put it behind and moved on. Over the past 6 weeks I have started to feel a harsh pain and lack of mobility in my right knee in the same place where I fell. I havent done anything over the past few months to injure my knee and Ive got a GP appointment on Monday.

Ive spoken to a solicitor and they have started legal proceedings against the company from where it happened.

Im a little nervous incase it makes me look really bad and "a money grabber", my question is, has anyone on here ever claimed against a company they are working for?

Thanks for that In A Pickle.

My points exactly. Yes I did report it in the accident book and everything was filled out.

I wonder if its too late to withdraw my claim?!
