splitting with partner

i have just split with my partner of 5 years, we have been living together for 3 1/2 years, during this time i had been paying in to an account �550 a month where she was only paying �250 a month - for th mortgage, bills etc, it is a joint mortgage what is the laws on how much she is entitled too. (is it half???) house value now is �130,000, mortgage of �71,000
