Hi All,

I just wondered how and when you should report someone for stalking? How much evidence should you have? How strong a case does it have to be?

I'd really appreciate any advice.

Thanks Wardy - What if you have absolutely no evidence that something isn't right? Harrassment would include phone calls, texts and just being 'around' in general wouldn't it?

Sorry. I know that sounded stupid. I asked because there is no evidence and just a string of coincidences really. Can't really go reporting that.

Probably just being a hysterical female no doubt.

Keep a record of the texts and try to record all phone calls for evidence.
