can someone please tell me the difference. my lawyers put my name on our matrimonial home which used to bore just my husband's name as he bought the house.

Is it the same as registering your name on the title or is it just occupancy rights?. The reason is, he has managed to take my name off the property after the marriage ended.

Also could i have put my name on the title without his consent.

Rather than pose the question on this board, why not ask your lawyers what they did and how? You will only end up doing that anyway as no one on here will know what happened.
