no win no fee claim
if i take this person to court and I win my case, the person whom i am taking to court, may decide to go bankrupt.
who will have to pay my solicitor, barrister, and court fee,s if i do not get any compensation from the person i am taking to court.

went bankrupt, owing certain things, one of which was personal injury compensation, it was like a secured loan, and had to be paid whatever, this was told me by someone who dealt with debt, What do you think . greener
