if i take this person to court and I win my case, the person whom i am taking to court, may decide to go bankrupt.
who will have to pay my solicitor, barrister, and court fee,s if i do not get any compensation from the person i am taking to court.

You'd need to ask the firm of solicitors who are taking on your case on a no-win, no fee basis. There will be something in their T&C to cover this eventuality.

it may be possible to take out an insurance policy through your solicitors in order to protect against exactly this.

An insurance policy is definitely a good idea, just make sure you go through all this with your solicitor and preferably get it explained in writing.
