A bad young lady who alleged that a male careworker had worked with her for 2 years, had had a sexual relationship with him for two years. So the male worker then is suspended for 5 months. The male is questioned over this and formally arrested to answer questions. She claims he text her but the police found no evidence of calls, sex and also spoke to the other children, who the young girl alleged watched them have sex. All witnesses and children claimed none of this was true..The worker now had his CRB(police check) back and this information is on his police check..stopping him furthering his career as mud sticks..is this right?
