If this were the case surely my husband would thus be able to vote. I always fill his name on the card but it never comes back to me in the printed version.
Also he has never been fined for not being on the electoral roll, he is a US citizen.
I just wondered if anyone had any new news on this situation. dzug you are right as far as I know , nwtrikette do you mind me asking how you are able to vote. I wonder if you are from BC??
