Corruption in the Police Force

As one of my friends experienced an Office Lying about the facts, i would like to know if anyone else has experience of Police Officers lying or decieving people?

I think it is fair to say, that taken as a whole, the chances of ever coming across a lying police officer is rarer than slipping on some rocking horse sh*t.

yes there one police officer that springs to mind,He thinks he,s in one man police force.I,ve frequently heard him lie and decieve members of the public for no just cause,He also dishs out his own justice .This officer has had many complaints regarding his conduct.after the first few complaints he was moved.but was back with-in 12 months
He now thinks he,s untouchable,So when people say the police are not corrupt there lying,
