Constructive Dismissal due to sexual harrassment
Currently going through the greivance procedure. My employers are refusing to sack a fellow employee of less than 3 months due to his sexual harrassment of me (employed for 2 years) even though our contract of employments state it is a sackable offence. Rather than go to a tribunal it has been suggested by ACAS that I settle and now my employers want ME to tell them what sum I want. My job is part time (school hours) and also term time only and it would not be easy to find another job that fits in with my children and apparently I should take that into account. But I dont want to appear greedy but at the same time I dont want to be seen off! Any suggestions - I cannot afford a solicitor!!!!
