i lived on the property in my own mobil home since 1994 took care of the lady until her death in march 2006 my mother was gardinan sold the property do I have any rights to the land I was living on .the lady that own the property was living with me until her death never got paid a dime

I've found it rather hard to follow your question but, as I understand it, I can't see that you've got any rights to the land.

You've headed you question 'squatters rights' but these only apply when someone moves into unoccupied property, so they don't seem to be relevant here.

There are certain circumstances when the ownership of land can be acquired by 'adverse possession'. However this doesn't seem to apply to your case.

Regrettably, I can't see that you have any rights to own or occupy the land unless there was a legal agreement between you and the owner or unless provision for this was made in a will.

Agree with Chris' analysis except that the Adverse Possession is correct term for, and the same thing as, Squatters' Rights. Readers of the Sun don't generally understand the word 'Adverse'.
